We believe value creation is the ultimate goal of each of our clients. Although completing study enrollment within predetermined parameters, whether budget, timeline or both is of paramount importance for any patient recruitment engagement, delivering value is the ultimate goal.


Helping each sponsor understand how to define value for a particular study is central to designing the right solution. However, many factors often come into play, and clinical teams rarely have the luxury to consider value alone for a given study because budgets are defined at a corporate level and teams almost never have all the resources they desire. Also, during program execution other factors will come into play, such as site performance, ultimately affecting the ability to deliver value. For example, outreach resources invested to generate patients for sites that either cannot or will not accept these referrals will deliver zero value.


ThreeWire has developed proprietary models that help study sponsors determine what is important and needed to deliver the required return on investment before any money is spent.


We focus on designing and executing a systematic solution that will maximize performance rather than developing simple campaign-style patient outreach programs for patient recruitment. For this reason, we view our product as an enrolled patient rather than a media campaign or call center program.
