The foundation for our performance planning and management process is built upon a forecast that is developed in advance of each project. This forecast considers both the qualitative and quantitative aspects of a study. Combining all of the factors and considerations enables us to construct a forecasted patient funnel with costs, timelines and expected enrollments.
